Restaurant 100 KM takes advantage of local produce, seafood, meat and wine to serve an acclaimed regional cuisine named to the list of 50 Top Restaurants in Canada by Vacay.ca. Innkeeper and chef Earlene Busch has twice been selected to represent Canada at Slow Food’s Terra Madre in Turin, Italy. The Chanterelle Inn is open May 1 through October 31 (off-season by appointment). Cottages are open year-round.
