Guided Tours & Experiences
There are endless opportunities to GET OUTSIDE in spring, summer, fall, and winter! With the Atlantic Ocean’s seacoast kissing our shores, you cannot help but feel the draw of the tides pulling you to our great outdoors. The North Shore/St Ann’s area is blessed with our location on the Cabot Trail, and our connection to the Bay, harbour, and ocean within minutes of anywhere. Climbing into Cape Breton’s highlands, the sky is the limit when it comes to outdoor activities in and around the Bay. Explore our hiking trails in all seasons; in summer, learn to kayak, go beach-combing, or take a refreshing dip in the ocean. Visit the puffin bird sanctuary via boat tour. Spend a few winter days at a back-country ski village. Did we forget to suggest a fresh lobster boil on the beach? And the ocean isn’t the end of it; we are also home to the North River Falls, highest waterfall in Nova Scotia at 103 feet, and some of the best paddling and fly fishing locations in Eastern Canada.
